It’s not just about bringing a building back into use, it’s also about creating the right living space and the surroundings. It’s something that all of us at PTDG are passionate about.
.
There’s a huge number of redundant and underutilised commercial properties around at present, and many have significant scope to be converted into highly attractive residential units. There’s a clear need for good quality housing and we enjoy transforming outdated, unloved or unwanted buildings into beautiful homes.
.
We can see huge potential for converting commercial buildings into residential usage under permitted development. I love that we will be putting buildings back in to use and providing much-needed homes at the same time”.
