We are looking for light industrial or commercial property, typically in need of attention for a new life – examples include ex financial/professional services units – such as former bank branches, offices, retail shops with uppers, or light industrial units in residential areas.
For the majority of our projects, we are generally seeking a freehold property that’s vacant, situated within a town and/or city centre, a minimum of 3,000 sq ft and between 2 – 4 floors. Our target area is focussed on the West Midlands.
