About Paul Kilbride
Paul is the founder of Prime Time Developments Group. He draws on a successful career of over 20 years in financial services including senior manager roles at a UK retail bank and as a Building Society CEO.
As a qualified Chartered Banker, Paul has previously worked on approving development finance deals and been closely involved in overseeing successful lending. This brings a deep understanding of the process and mechanics of successfully navigating the journey from the first steps of finding a building, negotiating the purchase, managing the build and to finally executing the sales.
